As a part of our business, we also offer technical laboratory services, such
as failure analyses and materials testing. This is further to the company’s 
thermal spray coating and finishing services to the aerospace, oil & gas,  
and general industries. 
 
Typical metallurgical services include the measurement of wear,
electrochemistry, corrosion, and high-temperature properties, and the 
characterisation of materials and coatings composition, morphology,
and microstructures. Within the R & D Department, the company houses
or has access to national university facilities or techniques, such as
electron microscopy, Image analysis, NDT, electrochemical polarisation,
salt fog spraying, tribometer, erosion-corrosion test rig, etc....

We have an active team of materials scientists and metallurgists and offers further technical information consultancy services on a wider range of materials, surface engineering, and environment-induced degradation issues.
